The Seven pillars of growth and empowerment

 To develop great character, and to intentionally grow like Jesus Christ for holistic success and eternal legacy. To fulfill our Vision, Value and Mission as a church.
 
The 7 pillars of ROLAI represent intentional growth like Jesus to reflect his glory and represent him in 
this world. Growth has to be intentional, meaning we can’t just talk about it but must be willing to take actions towards it and have a way of measuring that growth.  The Bible says that Jesus grew in wisdom, statue and in favor before God and men (Luke 2:52) It is the will of God that the life of a believer reflects growth in some way. When people look at your life, what signs can they see that says indeed you are growing. 

 
Our lights must shine before all men that they might see our good works and glorify the father (Matthew 5:16). These good works here entails a wholesome growth in the lord. The good works that the lord wants to do through us. 
We live in a world today where there is so much of talking going on. But the Bible says that all creation awaits the manifestation of the sons of a God (Romance 8:19)
 

We can claim all day as believers that we are saved and are people of prayer and the word. But the question is, what is resulting from our salvation and our prayers? There has to be an evidence of growth taking place and not just any growth but one that reflects our Lord Jesus and his desire for his church, for he says as he is in heaven so are we here in the earth. The Bible says beloved I wish above all things that thou should prosper even as thy soul prospers (3 John 2). Growth in Christ is to affect every area of our lives spiritually, physically and financially that we might well represent him in the earth.
